How to fix the “Add New Plugins” button not showing up in WordPress

If your WordPress website has been migrated, what you can do is follow the following steps below to resolve the issue.

1. Log into your cPanel hosting service from your My OzySites account
2. Go into the cPanel “File Manager” (see this guide for steps)
3. Navigate into the “public_html” folder
4. Edit the “wp-config.php” file
5. Locate the following lines:

define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_MOD' , true);
define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true);

Change the values from “true” to “false”.

Once done, save the file and then you should be able to add new plugins and themes.
