How to submit a Support Ticket

To submit a support ticket for technical or sales assistance, this can be done by logging into your My OzySites Client Portal.

  1. Link to the login page –> https://my.ozysites.com/login
  2. Enter your email address, and password, and complete the CAPTCHA for verification.
  3. Click on the “Open Ticket” button at the top (see screenshot below).

The red arrow indicates the “Open Ticket” button when logged into your My OzySites portal.

From here, you can pick your support ticket type (e.g. Technical Support, Sales, Migrations, etc.)

Similar to an email, all you need to do is enter a subject line, pick your service from the “Related Service” dropdown and enter your message in the “Message” field.
