Do you offer website backups as part of the hosting service?
All of our hosting packages including reseller accounts and their clients come with backups included. The number of retention points are:
Daily backups for last 7 days
Weekly backups for last 4 weeks
Monthly backups for last 2 months.
Although we offer backups as such, it is your responsibility to make your own backups and to retain them offsite on your own computers. Downloading monthly backups to your computer is a sure secure way to maintain your data safely.
