How to access your email using your web browser

There is another way to log in to your account email without a client app on your phone or computer.

Every cPanel account has the ability to create mailboxes in their account for their own domains.

At OzySites, you should already have an email account created, preferably in your name or a general one like “info @ your-domain-name.com.au”.

There is a quick way to make sure your email password and email address combination is working.

Here is how you can access your domain’s email address:

Add /webmail/ to the end of your domain name, and you’ll get a login interface like the one shown below.

i.e. https://your-domain-name-goes-here/webmail/

Enter your email address and the password. If you’re successful, you’ll see the following screen.

If you are unable to login, then possible reasons could be:

You have made a typo in your email and/or your password.
If you’re sure you’ve got them correct, then the alternative is to reset your email password through your cPanel at https://your-domain-name/cpanel.

After you log in, you should see this:

Your next step is to click on the “roundcube” link which will take you right into your mailbox.
